Environmental Review Documents
The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water), acting as the lead agency, prepared an Administrative Draft Environmental Impact Report (ADEIR) for the subject project in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and the CEQA Guidelines. The ADEIR is being reviewed internally and will be circulated for public review by Valley Water at a later date.
