Boost! – Adult Fitness

Join some of your favorite Group Exercise instructors on Zoom starting Friday, March 27! Here’s how it works:

  • A required membership pass can be purchased from Enjoy! Online.
  • A membership is $65 for 10 classes for individuals 60+, or $75 for 10 classes for individuals 59 and under.
  • You can participate in any of the listed classes with the membership*.

*memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can only be used by a single member. You have 12 months from the time of purchase to use up your passes before they expire.

For BOOST! members: Email the instructor to get the meeting link* for their class, if you don’t have the instructor’s email, email:, let us know your name and the name of the instructor(s) you would like to take classes from and we will provide you with their contact info. 
*meeting links for each session may be different, please confirm with the instructor. 

These virtual meetings will be held on Zoom. You will need an tablet or computer/laptop that can access the internet, play video, and has sound. You can test that your device and sound will work with Zoom by clicking on this link:  

Each instructor will let you know if their workout will need any “at home” exercise equipment to improve the quality of the workout provided (i.e. a belt or tie to help with stretches, a chair for balance, etc.).

9:45am-10:45am, Total Body Conditioning with Yue Whelchel **5-8lbs weights are recommended**



Programs are offered for all ages, from preschoolers to seniors. You can find Exploration and Music classes for your little ones, Athletic and Academic classes for your kids and teens, and all types of Dance (Tango, Line Dancing, and Ballroom), Music (Sing the Best of Broadway) and Fitness classes (Aerobics, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Zumba) for you. Additional unique programs are offered: Passport to Retirement, Pickleball, Lawn Bowling, Taiko Drumming and so much more!

Our Programs are offered all year round and catalogs are distributed five times a year (with the four seasons plus an additional summer camp session). Classes are scheduled in 4 - 12 weeks sessions with an additional BOOST! program for drop-in exercise.
