A Council Prescreening hearing took place on August 16, 2021 for a Proposal to Re-Zone the Subject Property from a Service Commercial (CS) Zone District to a Planned Community Zone District. The Proposed Re-zoning Would Allow the Demolition of 10,125 Square Feet of Commercial Space and the Construction of a 55 foot Multi-Family Development with 49 units and Underground Garage in a 2.66:1 FAR structure. The Project Would be Located on Two Parcels at 280 and 300 Lambert Ave: 132-38-061 & 132-38-060.
