Back to School Safety Reminder

With school starting back this week, it is a good time to remind the community to be aware of more students riding and walking to school. Please remember to drive safely, be patient and be kind to one another.

Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD) students will return back to school on Wednesday, August 10 for grades 6-12 and Thursday, August 11 for grades K-5. The community will see more bikes and cars on the road as a result. Please drive safe through our neighborhoods and school zones, which have a new lower 20 mph speed limit.
