Join the City of Palo Alto's Recreation Department for the 4th annual Summer Family Movie Night Series! The Community Services Department is excited to bring families together for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

Twilight Concert SeriesSaturdays I 6:30 p.m. I Rinconada Park & Mitchell Park

It's that time again! Celebrate community all summer long by attending our popular Twilight Concert Series from June through August at either Rinconada Park or Mitchell Park. All the concerts are free and begin at 6:30 p.m. Food trucks onsite.

Yoga for Harmony & Peace | Saturday, June 22 | 8 to 10 a.m. | Lucie Stern Community Center

Join us for a morning of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection through Yoga and Meditation. This free, fun-filled session is open to individuals of all levels. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone looking to celebrate the practice of yoga. All are welcome!

4th of July Summer Festival and Chili Cook-Off I Thursday, July 4 | 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. I Mitchell Park

The City of Palo Alto Recreation Division invites you to our 4th of July Summer Festival and Chili Cook-Off. Located at Mitchell Park on Thursday, July 4, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Enjoy free chili tasting, live music, food trucks, and games/activities for kids. Bring your own chairs, picnic blankets, and reusable water bottles. Walking and/or Biking is strongly encouraged as parking is limited!

Palo Alto Clay & Glass Festival I Saturday, July 13 I 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. I Palo Alto Art Center

ACGA Clay & Glass Festival, July 13-14, 2024 on the beautiful grounds of the PAAC showcasing original art by over 120 regional makers: home decor, functional ware, sculpture, gifts, demonstrations, food trucks, valet parking, and lots of family fun! Learn more about the ACGA here.

The City hosts this annual event to showcase some of the “behind the scenes” work that we do for the community. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a fun and educational day for people of all ages.
