Join Librarian Alicia for Family Storytime at Mitchell Park Library. Come sing, rhyme, and read stories with us! While this storytime will be geared towards those older than 2 years, all ages are welcome!
ESL Conversation Group I Wednesday, June 5 I 11 a.m. I Online event
Our English as a Second Language (ESL) conversation group program is a friendly and informal environment for adults (18 years old and older) to practice speaking and listening in English. It is designed for English learners who enjoy meeting friends from various ethnic backgrounds and learning conversational English in a casual setting. This week’s topic: Pride.
Documentary: Every Body I Wednesday, June 5 I 7 p.m. I Mitchell Park Library
Join us for a PRIDE month documentary screening of Every Body! From Julie Cohen, a director of Academy Award-nominated documentary RBG, and featuring three intersex individuals comes an investigation of how intersex people have been treated and are still being regarded in today's society.

STEAM Lab Saturday: Spectroscopes I Saturday, June 15 I 12:30 p.m. I Children's Library
It's STEAM Lab Saturday! In honor of Pride Month, we will be exploring rainbows by creating spectroscopes! We'll learn about light, wavelength, and diffraction, while creating a fun tool you get to take home! This program is for children age 5-11.
Karaoke with PRIDE for teens and young adults I Saturday, June 22 I 4 p.m. I Mitchell Park Library
Join the library for some karaoke to celebrate pride month! We will also have button-making, snacks, a chance to connect with friends! This program is for teens and young adults ages 11-25!
