City Manager Ed Shikada continues to share brief updates at each Council meeting, highlighting details about upcoming events, City services, City Council discussions planned, and actions taken at the meeting. This week, comments were provided by Assistant City Manager Kiely Nosé on behalf of City Manager Ed Shikada sharing details about the City’s minimum wage set to increase as of January 1, recognizing National Fire Prevention Week through a Fire Station 3 Open House on Oct. 14, and a roundup of upcoming meetings and events such as Police Equipment Community Meeting: AB 481, CodeART, Electric Home Tour and a Neighborhood Town Hall (for the areas of Midtown and Palo Verde).
