Hands-Only CPR Class

The Palo Alto Fire Department invites you to a hands-only CPR class to learn life-saving skills from your first responder team. This class if for teens and adults, with an optional AED training to enhance your skillset. The techniques taught in the class follow the American Heart Association Hands-Only CPR technique. Upon completion of the class, participants will receive a certificate of completion. This class does not provide a CPR Certification.

To take this class, please register by September 13 at 5 p.m. Space is limited, so sign up early!

Note: You only need to sign up for one session, 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. The CPR portion of the class is about an hour and a half, and the optional AED training is another hour.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a reusable water bottle.
