Artist Alice Lee will give a Public Tour of her temporary mural "Let's Go For a Walk, Mochi!" on Thursday September 8 at 4.30 p.m. Lee's mural follows Mochi the miniature pinscher pup on a walk through the neighborhood. Alongside allusions to local parks and native plants and animals, Mochi meets imaginative characters including a capybara having a tea party and a musical singing frog. Finally, Mochi joins her favorite human for a picnic in the park. Alice Lee is a Bay Area illustrator and muralist. Her murals can be seen across San Francisco, and she hosts a drawing show with Adobe called Doodle Therapy.
