All Utilities projects within the City's public right of way shall conform to the following standards and requirements unless otherwise approved in writing by the responsible Engineering Manager.
Utilities on private property are under the jurisdiction of the City's Planning and Building Department.
Utilities Engineering
Utilities Engineering is responsible for implementing the capital improvement plans for the city’s electric, water, gas, and wastewater distribution systems.

Utilities Operations
Utilities Operations are responsible for maintenance, repair, replacement and service installation for the electric, water, gas and wastewater (sewer) distribution systems.
