Permit parking is available at this location.

Parking Costs 

Permit Parking for Employers and Employees

Employees of businesses in the downtown parking assessment district may purchase annual permits for long-term parking. Parking permits are available for $900/year

All Day Visitor Parking

All day permits can be purchased on the Ground Level of Civic Center at Revenue Collections (cash payment) or on the main level of the following garages and lots:

  • Bryant/Lytton Garage
  • Cowper/Webster Garage
  • High/Alma South Garage
  • Civic Center Garage (Level A)


The cost is $15.00/day for downtown area.
