Parking Costs

Permit Parking for Employers and Employees

Employees of businesses in the downtown parking assessment district may purchase annual permits for long-term parking. Parking permits are available for $365/year.

All Day Visitor Parking

All day permits can be purchased on the Ground Level of Civic Center at Revenue Collections (cash payment) or on the main level of the follow garages and lots:

  • Cambridge Garage
  • Cambridge/Birch Lot
  • Sherman/Birch Lot

The cost is $25.00/day for California Ave area.

Transferable Permits

Transferable permits are sold to one individual and can be used on multiple vehicles. Transferable permits are sold at a two-quarter maximum. Visit Revenue Collections on the Ground Floor of the Palo Alto Civic Center or call (650) 329-2252 for more information.
