Employer & Employee Parking

Convenient parking is offered to employees and employers throughout the California Avenue Business District. Annual and quarterly parking permits are available for purchase for area parking lots and garages. Visit the Duncan Solutions Permit Portal and create or sign into your account.

California Avenue Business District

Employees of businesses in the California Business District may purchase permits for long-term parking in any of the area off street parking lots and garages. Parking permits are issued for these locations and are $650.00/year or $15.00/day.
