Projects

The following projects are of all types and sizes and are in differing stages of the design and development process. The most common development projects are new single-family homes, home renovations, and new retail and office spaces. Additional projects include storefront redesigns, landscaping projects, and large, mixed-use developments.

Pending projects require a public hearing by the Architectural Review Board (ARB), Historic Review Board (HRB), Planning and Transportation Commission (PTC) and/or City Council. Approved projects have already been through a public hearing process.
