Projects that do not require a public hearing are often subject to staff level review. This page provides updates on recent staff decisions. Such decisions are based on a project’s conformity to code. In accordance with PAMC Section 18.77.060, the proposed Director’s decisions will become effective unless a hearing is requested by the posted deadline.
