Retirement Savings 457
The City of Palo Alto offers a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan to help save and invest for retirement. Our Deferred Compensation plan, administered by Empower and MissionSquare, allows employees to set aside pre-tax money each pay period and have it invested as they wish. These plans have many investment options to choose from.
