Towle Campground

Nestled within Wild Horse Valley, at Foothills Nature Preserve you will find Towle Camp (pronounced "Toll"). It is open annually from May 1 through October 31 for tent camping only. Campers with a reservation and permit may drive the half-mile fire road to the campground.

Towle Camp is named for the Towle Family who were landowners in the area of the Foothills and Arastradero Nature Preserves. Established in its current location since the late 1980s, Towle Camp is meant to be a primitive camping experience.
