Human Services Grants

Human Services Resource Allocation Process (HSRAP) is a Human Services grant program open to organizations who deliver direct services to Palo Alto residents so that they have a safety net of services. The Emerging Needs Fund assists non-profits serving Palo Alto residents with short-term and/or urgent funding to address emergency, critical or emerging human services needs.

Helpful information for landlords and tenants who have questions about their rights and responsibilities. Resources for members of the community who are struggling with a problem or dispute that involves a neighbor, tenant, landlord, employer, co-worker, local business or other person or organization in the community.
