About the artist

Adam Shaw was born in New York and now lives in the foothills of California’s Sierra Nevada. His art fuses a lifelong study of art history with a love of language, philosophy, mysticism, alchemy, and physics. His work has been widely exhibited in the United States and is included in hundreds of collections throughout the U.S. and internationally.
