Learning sessions are a way to help inform on complex topics. Police Community Briefings are planned to share police information and act as a foundation for further discussions taking place.
Another opportunity that occurred recently includes a Q + A session and informal conversation with Police Chief Robert Jonsen, Palo Alto City Manager Ed Shikada, and Reverend Kaloma Smith, a community leader and Pastor of University AME Zion Church in Palo Alto. Reverend Smith is also the Chairperson of the City’s Human Relations Commission. Watch the informal Q+A on YouTube.
