Emergency Rent Protection Ordinance Kicked in on Dec. 2

Renters in Palo Alto can get some extra assurance against no-fault evictions- the emergency renter protection ordinance passed by City Council last week covers the period from December 2 until the new state law goes into effect on January 1. Learn more about the new law here.
