Council Town Hall Meeting in Ventura Neighborhood on March 11
The City Council meeting on Monday, March 11 will be a Town Hall Study Session on issues of relevance to the Ventura neighborhood. The meeting will be held at the former Ventura School (3990 Ventura Court) at 6 p.m. and will focus on the progress to date of the North Ventura Coordinated Area Plan Working Group (NVCAP) and the next steps.
When complete, the plan will serve as a development guide for the area which currently is a neighborhood with a mix of housing, offices and commercial uses such as the Fry’s Electronics store on Portage Avenue. The public is invited to weigh in and share their vision for developing the 60-acre area bound by Page Mill Road, El Camino Real, Lambert Avenue and the Caltrain tracks.
