Teddy Roosevelt Presentation Comes to Palo Alto

Nationally acclaimed humanities scholar Clay Jenkinson will bring his engaging presentation of the nation’s 26th president, Theodore Roosevelt, to life on Tuesday, May 1 at the Palo Alto Art Center Auditorium. Showtime is 7 p.m. and you are invited as Jenkinson gets in character and costume as Roosevelt, answers audience questions as the former president, and then breaks character to answer questions as the scholar that he is. He is renowned for his first-person portrayals of other historical figures as well, such as Thomas Jefferson, Meriwether Lewis, John Wesley Powell, and J. Robert Oppenheimer Jenkinson.
