Summer Teen Events!

Programs for teens all summer long:

Teen Writing Club- 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month @ 4pm. Share your passion for writing with other teens. Writing prompts, activities, and light snacks provided. Registration recommended, not required. RI

3D Print, Poem & Photo Contest- Deadline July 23 by 6pm.  Do you like to take pictures, design 3D prints, or write poetry? We are having a teen contest for each category with prizes! Winners will be announced on July 31 @ 6:30pm. MP

Kahoot! Trivia and Games- Tuesday, June 20 @ 4-6pm. Compete with other teens various subjects of trivia and mini-games for prizes. Registration required. MP

Escape the Library Room- Tuesday, July 11 @ 4-6pm. You and your team will have minutes to solve a series of riddles, decipher the clues and find the key to escape the library room! Registration required. MP

Build a Terrarium- Sunday, July 23 @3:30-5:30pm. Make your own mini-world succulent terrarium to keep in your garden or give away to a loved one. Registration required. MP

Book to Action: Book Discussion- Thursday, July 27 from 4-6pm. Book to Action is a campaign that encourages readers to get involved in a great book and their community! Read I am Malala before we meet and join in the discussion. Registration required. RI

Book to Action: Service Day- Friday, July 28 @ 2pm. Take part in a community service activity in relation to the book, I am Malala. Teens attending both the discussion and service activity can earn 8 hours of volunteer credit. Registration required. RI

Teen Movie & Ice Cream- Sunday, July 30 @ 3:30-5:30pm. Bring a friend and make ice cream sundaes with all the toppings you want while we watch a movie. Registration required. MP
