Summer Teen Events!

@ Mitchell Park Library

Programs for teens all summer long:
Build Your Own Smart RobotJune 4 & 10 OR June 17 & 24 @ 4-6pm. Learn about engineering, creative design, and competitive robotics in this 2 part class. Grades 6-9. Registration required.

Python Coding Course- Sundays, June 11, 18, 25, & July 9 @ 10:30-12:30pm. This Python course covers all the basics in a simple yet comprehensive way. Grades 4-6. Registration required.

Drawing a Better World- Tuesday, June 13 @ 4-6pm. Create a new world with characters drawing manga style. No drawing skills necessary. Registration required.

Kahoot! Trivia and Games- Tuesday, June 20 @ 4-6pm. Compete with other teens various subjects of trivia and mini-games for prizes. Registration required.

Escape the Library Room- Tuesday, July 11 @ 4-6pm. You and your team will have minutes to solve a series of riddles, decipher the clues and find the key to escape the library room! Registration required.

Build a Terrarium- Sunday, July 23 @3:30-5:30pm. Make your own mini-world succulent terrarium to keep in your garden or give away to a loved one. Registration required.

Teen Movie & Ice Cream- Sunday, July 30 @ 3:30-5:30pm. Bring a friend and make ice cream sundaes with all the toppings you want while we watch a movie. Registration required.
