You will learn the basic principles and philosophy behind Tai Chi. You will begin with simple stretching and breathing exercises to create awareness of your body movements and to calm your mind. Through gentle and slow movements of Tai Chi you will gain flexibility and a better sense of balance.
Nelson Ng started learning Chen's tai Chi in 1989 from master Gene Chen, who was a disciple of Grandmaster of Feng ZhiQiang (creator of HunYuan Tai Chi).
We've added a second session on the same day!
SUNDAYS 10 a.m.-12 p.m. & 2-4 p.m.
Classes will resume January 15-May 28 with the exception of April 16.
