Please bring CONFLICT INFORMATION to the auditions with you, and your schedule will be taken into account when setting rehearsal schedules.  We will inform you of a "black out period" for conflicts for the two weeks immediately preceding performances, during which we ask that all participants be available for ALL rehearsals. In order to audition, all children must be available for ALL PERFORMANCES, plus all rehearsals during the "black out period."
