BOOST! Adult Fitness
Join some of your favorite Group Exercise instructors on Zoom! Here’s how it works:

  • A required membership pass can be purchased from Enjoy! Online.
  • A membership is $65 for 10 classes for individuals 60+, or $75 for 10 classes for individuals 59 and under.
You can participate in any of the listed classes with the membership*.
  • *Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can only be used by a single member. You have 12 months from the time of purchase to use up your passes before they expire.
  • For current BOOST! members: if you have your Boost! member number, email the instructor your name and member number and let them know you are requesting to join their next session. If you do not have your member number, please email to get your member number and be connected to the instructor(s). Instructor emails are noted below.
  • These virtual meetings will be held on Zoom. You will need a tablet or computer/laptop that can access the internet, play video, and has sound. You can test that your device and sound will work with Zoom by clicking on this link:
  • Each instructor will let you know if their workout will need any “at home” exercise equipment to improve the quality of the workout provided (i.e. a belt or tie to help with stretches, a chair for balance, etc.).
