Audits If you would like assistance in reducing energy and/or water usage at your facility, please contact your utility account representative (general phone number is 650-329-2241). The representative will assist you in finding the appropriate utility program that best fits your needs. NOTE: While the CARE audit program is suspended, CPAU still has many programs to help you use your utilities most efficiently.
