The City of Palo Alto is pleased to announce a new online service for obtaining planning and zoning information. The new "Request a Parcel Report" form on the Development Center homepage makes obtaining basic zoning information much easier.
By simply filling out and submitting the online form you will be emailed a PDF Parcel Report of the subject property, any additional information requested, and the Planner on Duty's contact information for follow up questions.
The Parcel Report includes the following information specific to the subject property:
- Assessors Parcel Number
- Address
- Net Lot Size
- Zone District
- Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation
- Flood Zone Designation
- Historic Status
- Maximum Floor Area
- Maximum Lot Coverage
- Maximum Height
- Setback Information
- ... and more
