Contractor's Inspection Checklists As of June 6, 2008 Contractors working in Palo Alto can download certain types of fire inspection checklists to help comply with Fire Department requirements and to provide insight about what to expect during an inspection.

Contractor's Inspection Request Forms As of June 6. 2008 Contractors working in Palo Alto can download an Inspection Request Form, Appointment Request Form, or an Information Request Form. When completed you can scan and Email the form to Fire@cityofpaloalto.org or fax the form to 650-327-6951. You will be contacted via email or phone with your scheduled inspection.
