Family Resources provides 1.) A friendly and searchable internet database with information about more than 600 services available to meet local families' needs and interests, 2.) Desktop kiosks of information placed throughout town, 3.) A person-to-person Ambassador Development Program, bringing the community together to provide training about resources and effective ways of strengthening the community by sharing the information, and 4.) A central office where resource specialists can provide individual assistance. We're here to help you find what you need. Operating from the City's Human Services Division, Family Resources is a public/private partnership between the City of Palo Alto and non-profit human service providers and community members.
