Provides independent living assistance to adults with disabilities: information and referral, individual and systems advocacy, legal services and benefits counseling, independent living skills classes, residential training program, therapeutic recreation, peer counseling and personal counseling, housing referrals, personal assistant services, vocational training and job placement.
