Description: Project Sentinel provides housing discrimination investigations, information and referral services regarding housing issues statewide, and HUD-certified housing counseling, which encompasses mortgage default and delinquency counseling, subsidized housing listings and first-time homebuyer workshops.
Project Sentinel will investigate allegations of housing discrimination on the basis of race, religion, presence of children, disability, gender, marital status, source of income and sexual orientation. Cases with evidence may be referred to an attorney for further action.
