Description: 
Provides training, advocacy and support services to persons with developmental disabilities and their families regardless of family income. Operates two 24-unit apartment complexes for people with developmental disabilities - Horizons in Belmont and Page Mill Court in Palo Alto. Also operates two eight-bed residential programs - Cedar Street House in San Carlos, and Alameda House in Redwood City. Raji House is a six-bed respite care program in Burlingame for children and teens to have a fun filled weekend of activities while their parents get a respite from care taking. REACH is a before and after school childcare program in San Bruno that integrates children with and without developmental disabilities that also includes summer recreational activities. Family Support Services provides support groups, advocacy, problem solving, recreational activities, and one-on-one support to families. Community Living Options provides independent living skills training and support to individuals in a wide range of living situations. All Parca services are designed to support maximum independence and for persons with developmental disabilities. Operates clothing donation program to fund services.
