Description: Institute for Career Development, a private vocational school operated by Goodwill, provides , vocational skills training in office technology and accounting and job-placement services. In addition to offering job-placement services to vocational school graduates, Goodwill's placement unit also provides, at no charge, job-placement services to disabled or economically disadvantaged persons with marketable job skills referred by the nonprofits and from the community in general. Production Resources, Goodwill's industrial contact production and manufacturing division, provides transitional employment, sheltered employment, on-the-job training, work evaluation, work adjustment and work experience for disabled or economically disadvantaged individuals. Training is offered. Goodwill's Recycling and Retail Operations Division offers transitional employment, sheltered employment and on-the-job training.
